We first used Allied Security for our home in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area. When we moved to Seattle we tried another company and were very unhappy. When we learned that Allied Security was in the Seattle area we immediately contacted them to replace our old outdated security system. Their technicians are top notch and always professional. Their product knowledge is the best in the business. They take the time to communicate how the system operates and show you what to do. We wanted some additional features like Cellular backup since we live in an area where phone line outages are common. Additionally we wanted the ability to text the system to arm and disarm. No problem! Easily handled. They came in, assessed our needs, talked extensively with us about what we wanted from our home security system and provided the right product for the job. And at a price that beat everyone else in town. We will never use any other company as long as we are in the Pacific Northwest.

We had a great experience from beginning to end with Allied. Our house was pre-wired for an alarm system, but that was two years ago and we couldn't remember what all was included in the pre-wire. Brian M. came out and went through the entire house to find out what was pre-wired and helped us figure out a system to fit out needs. He was very professional and we never felt like we were talking to a "salesman" or being pressured to committ. Our technician Rich T. was prompt, very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He also did a great job educating me on the system when it was finished. Excellent service! I would highly recommend Allied Security.

Just wanted to take a moment and say THANKS for the outstanding job that Allied did for me, in the way of a home security system.

The whole process was something I was dreading, and actually probably put off for awhile. BUT, Allied was different. A very low key approach...but with professionalism that made the difference.

I knew I had made the right choice, when the installer came to my house for the install. On time (gee, the cable guys could learn from that!) But very friendly and answered all my questions. I like too, that he said that if I had any questions down the road, to feel free to contact Allied. Which is great, cause I ain't the most "techno kind of guy"......

Anyway, I know that this is a little overdue for kudos....but none the less, I want to thank you for the peace of mind I have. This day and age is a little uncertain. I can now rest assured.....

I am writing to commend one of your technicans for exemplary service provided to me during this installation of my residential alarm system recently. Specifically, I am a retired Federal law enforcement officer who relocated to Spokane a few months ago and purchased a new home.

Given my professional background, having an alarm system installed was one of my first priorities and it's proper installation of great concern to me because of my home's contents and traveling lifestyle: a concern which I communicated to the salesman when I ordered the system from him.

I am very pleased to state that I was totally satisfied with the quality of the installation, and in pirticular with your technican. Thoughout the two days that he was in my home, his demeanor was extremely professional which reflects credit not only on himself, but on Allied as well.

I was also impressed with your technicians product knowledge and on his ability to effectively communicate important aspects of the system's operation to me given that as a first time home owner I do not have extensive experience with residential systems.
