We intimately understand the only way we can remain in business is to ensure that our customers are well taken care of. This is why we call our service department a "Customer Care Center."

The Customer Care Center is a single point of contact for all your service needs and is staffed with friendly and knowledgeable representatives that understand what it takes to create an excellent experience for our customers. We understand that getting the right person to your location - at a date and time that is convenient for you - is very important.

We know that fixing it right the first time is critical to your satisfaction. The way we do this is with continuous training for our field technicians and also a substantial investment in spare parts inventory. Finally, the technology we use in our Customer Care Center to quickly track, report, and communicate with you and our technicians is superior to most other systems available. We believe it is the cornerstone of being able to deliver on our promise.

  • Annual Fire Inspection Service - our NICET certified technicians will quickly and affordably ensure that you are in compliance with local fire alarm code.
  • After Hours Emergency Services - we know that security and life safety requires we will be available to you around the clock. You can always get in touch with a technician at any time by calling us.
  • Remote Downloading Services - no need to send a technician to your location. In many cases we can save you money by securely logging into your security system to make changes.
  • Alarm Monitoring Administration - should you have any questions about alarm monitoring, our alarm monitoring administrator will assist you every step of the way.
  • Managed Access Control Administration - we take the hassle out of trying to add/delete card access users. One call to our administrator and we can securely log into your managed access system to make changes.
  • Locksmith Counter - the Spokane and Portland branches have in-store locksmith services staffed with expert locksmiths. Need to drop off your lock work and pick it up later? We make it easy to do so. All offices offer locksmith services where we come to your location. Locksmithing is where it all began at Allied many years ago and we are one of the region's go-to experts.
  • Service Agreement Administration - ever invested in a Service Agreement only to find that you are not getting the service you paid for? Our service agreement administrator tracks all commitments we make to ensure you receive every bit of value you deserve. In the process, our maintenance services help keep your security and life safety equipment working as they should.
  • Customer Retention - do you have an existing alarm system and you are moving? If so, our Customer Retention representative will help make it super easy and affordable to get you an alarm system at your new location.
