1. CALL DIRECT - to reach our Customer Care Center (business hours 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday - Friday)
2. EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS - call your local branch at the phone numbers listed directly above. If calling after hours, you will be connected to our answering service, who will then contact the appropriate service technician for your particular situation.
3. ONLINE- complete the form below to request an appointment with our Customer Care Center. Within two hours, the Customer Care Center will contact you to schedule your appointment. Please allow 24 hours between today's date and your requested appointment date when using this form.
Note: After you submit the online service request form below, an Allied Customer Care representative will contact you within 2 hours to schedule service. If this request is being made after 5:00 P.M., or on a weekend/holiday, a representative will contact you before 10:00 A.M. on the next business day.
All requested service times are subject to availability. If your requested time is unavailable, a Customer Care Center representative will work with you to reschedule the appointment for a different day and/or time.
