24/7 Advantage customer protection plan

Our Partnership Begins:

The purchase of your security and life-safety equipment is only the beginning of your relationship with Allied Fire & Security. We know the importance you place on protecting lives, property and valuables. We want to be your partner in protecting your investment. That's why we provide a service plan to ensure that your equipment is properly tested and maintained so it functions properly when you need it most. Warranty Period:

For products installed by Allied, we will provide parts and labor during Allied’s normal business hours for a period of one year from the date of substantial completion. This service provides prompt, on-site repairs to correct failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, or defects caused by improper installation by Allied or our subcontractors. Allied will also extend the parts warranty for as long as the manufacturer warrants the product. Allied will either repair or replace parts at Allied’s option.

For product-only purchases, the customer is responsible for delivering the product to Allied or an authorized warranty repair center, and for any applicable shipping charges to and from the customer’s site.

24/7 Advantage:

When your system is covered by our 24/7 Advantage plan, Allied is part of your security team, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is far more than an extended warranty. Your coverage provides several benefits:

Budget control

One annual fee covers inspections, preventive maintenance, and parts and labor for repairs due to defects in materials or workmanship, eliminating unbudgeted surprises. Back-up and wireless-device batteries are included. Consumable items, such as printer cartridges, CDs, DVDs, air discs, felt heads, etc., are not included. 24/7 Advantage is available for up to five years, so you can plan ahead for the future.

Free Equipment!

As a five-year, 24/7 Advantage customer, Allied rewards you for helping us manage costs through our one-of-a kind rebate program. You may be eligible for a rebate if you have limited repair service calls and parts replacement within each annual term. The rebate may be used for equipment purchases or upgrades, without impacting your budget, after the five-year term.

Peace of Mind

An annual inspection and preventive maintenance are included after your first year of coverage, ensuring your systems function properly when you need them most, maximizing the useful life of the equipment. Additional inspections and preventive maintenance are available for an additional fee.

Priority Response

24/7 Advantage customers receive priority response, and emergency repairs are performed 24 hours a day, seven days a week at no extra charge.

Savings

For service not covered by 24/7 Advantage, such as additions or changes to your system, vandalism or other damage, etc., you receive a 20 percent discount off of current list prices for parts and labor.
