You can request to activate a system already installed in your home or business here
Please fill in the form below to request to have your existing system activated. Please allow 24 hours between today's date and your requested appointment date when using this form.
If you require emergency or same-day service, please call your local branch directly.
All requested service times are subject to availability. If your requested time is unavailable, a dispatcher will work with you to reschedule the appointment for a different day and/or time.
After you submit this form, an Allied service dispatcher will contact you within 2 hours to schedule service. If this request is being made after 5 p.m., or on a weekend/holiday, a service dispatcher will contact you before 10 a.m. on the next business day.
